A response plan, not just a phone call.

Monitoring is only as good as what happens after a signal is received. We document a response plan with you before the account goes live: which events escalate, in what order, to which contacts, and when a patrol or police-listed response is engaged.

Keyholder lists, contact order, site access notes and special instructions are recorded so the monitoring centre acts on accurate information at the moment it counts - not a contact list that went out of date a year ago.
