Unified Security made a deliberate choice to focus exclusively on commercial work - and that focus shapes how we hire, specify and deliver.
A house alarm one day, a warehouse the next, a quick camera install after that. Unified Security does not work that way. We are a commercial security contractor, and only a commercial security contractor.
That is not a marketing line. It is a structural decision that determines who we employ, how we design systems, what documentation we produce, and how we deliver. Commercial work has its own demands - downtime that costs real money, compliance that is genuinely scrutinised, programmes that cannot slip, sites that must keep operating - and serving those demands well means building the whole business around them.
A business that does both residential and commercial work is, in practice, optimised for neither. The two have different rhythms, different expectations and different definitions of done.
Every technician who works on your site is a directly employed member of the Unified Security team. We do not subcontract installation to whoever is available, and we do not white-label other companies' labour. That matters because subcontracting breaks accountability. Keeping delivery in-house keeps it whole - one team, trained on the platforms we deploy, accountable for the result.

From the first site assessment to handover and ongoing maintenance, Unified Security is the single party accountable for your security. One contract. One project lead. One delivery team. One number to call. If something needs investigating, the people who designed and installed the system are the people who answer for it.
We are not a reseller for a single manufacturer, and we are not incentivised to fit one brand regardless of whether it suits the site. We specify CCTV, access, alarm and intercom platforms on merit - image quality, cybersecurity, integration, supportability and total cost of ownership. Our recommendation reflects your site and your interests, not a supplier agreement.
We recommend what a site genuinely needs - not the longest possible equipment list, and not the cheapest corner-cut that will fail review. If existing infrastructure can be retained, we say so. If something is past its life, we say that too. Clients return because the advice is straight.
From assessment to handover, you deal with the Unified Security team direct - no subcontractors, one accountable party.
Send through your requirements. We respond within one business day with a project lead and next steps.
